If you see this prompt when first using Symphony Web, follow the steps below before logging in

Procedure

Select Safari from the top left side of the Safari browser. Then select Preferences.

When Using an Older Version of Safari

1. Select Security.
2. Make sure the Block pop-up windows checkbox is unchecked. 

When Using the Newer Version of Safari

1. Select Websites.
2. Select Pop-up Windows on the side menu.
3. Select the Block and Notify dropdown menu next to your website and then select Allow.
