Cash register Training Mode for the Sharp model 330

It is possible to practice the refund process on the cash register in order to become familiar with the steps. Practice with the cash register before your location opens.

To switch to Training Mode:

• Turn the key to Program (PGM) mode
• Press 2910 (in the number buttons)
• Press the " . " button
• Press the "@ / FOR" button
• Press CA/AT
• Turn the key back to REG mode and practice

The cash drawer will not open. You can see the register is in Training mode because there will be "2910#" printed on the receipt before your first training transaction and an "@" symbol will print when you perform a transaction.

Once you are done practicing you will need to return the cash register back to regular operations. Turn the key to Program (PGM) mode and then enter:

• 2911
• Press the " . " button
• Press the "@ / FOR" button
• Press CA/AT
• Turn the key back to REG mode
