Reports about the collection are available through a variety of platforms including CollectionHQ, Data Control and BLUEcloud Analytics. If you do not know how to run the report you need, confer with your Regional Librarian or make a request through the Collection Report Request Form.

Procedure

Some reports are run routinely and are available on the Collection Statistics page.

See Symphony Reporting Tools(link is external) for descriptions of BCA (BLUEcloud Analytics) and Data Control. Regional Librarians have access to Data Control, but not BLUEcloud.
