The YS EDI Team is an action team that collaborates with Youth Services to center equity in our work.

Team Mission

We identify and share resources that advance equity, diversity and inclusion, providing tools for Youth Services staff to actively create more just and equitable library spaces, services & policies. We advocate for action and change when the system falls short.

We collaborate with the Youth Development Manager and other Youth Services action teams to identify areas of need for EDI training and facilitate the delivery of those trainings via internal and/or external resources.
