Library Facilities provides central coordination of library repair and maintenance activities among County Facilities, Telecommunications, contractors and vendors for all Library buildings.  We write work orders and service requests for standard and non-standard maintenance and repairs, request changes to building access and replacement ID cards, and monitor general operations issues for all locations. We also strategically plan for the future of the Library’s buildings, as assets that will help the Library achieve its mission and long term vision. This includes determining which construction projects to invest in to keep our buildings safe, sustainable, and serving the needs of staff and patrons both now and into the future.
