The Office of Project Management and Evaluation (OPME) uses data, stories, planning and evaluation to meet the needs of the organization and the community. OPME leads and supports teams systemwide to deliver high quality projects consistently, efficiently, and collaboratively within budget and timeline. The team leads and facilitates evaluation of library workgroups along with gathering and analyzing data to support the library’s ability to change and grow.
Team members have expertise in demographics, evaluation, ILS data, library statistics, surveys, library policy, project management process and communication. OPME is Elizabeth O'Neill, Steve Casburn, Shani Fox, Michele Gonzalez, Carly Hollabaugh, Olga Iliuk, Jennifer Keyser, Jill Kolek, Mackenzie Searles, and Erin Sims.
