Ask the Librarian is an excellent method for connecting people who are blind, Deaf/hard-of-hearing, and/or homebound with reference services. KnowlegeTracker should be compliant with screenreading software, such as JAWS, and magnification software, such as ZoomText.  It is an e-mail service, so patrons who are Deaf and/or Hard of hearing have access to written responses to their questions.  Patrons who prefer telephone calls can leave their phone numbers on the form, and reference staff will contact them over the phone.
