Quick Facts

• Program codes are entered into patron records when the account is created at an outreach event.
• Program codes can be found by going to the Demographics tab and clicking the Program drop down menu.
• Patrons may come in with an application from a Refugee Resettlement Agency Outreach (RRAO) program. These applications will indicate, either by a sticker or an attached note, that the RR_AGENCY program code should be used when the accounts are created. 

Procedure

1.  Program codes can be found by looking up the patron from the Checkout or Modify User wizard, clicking the Demographics tab and selecting the Program drop down menu.
2. The following program codes are listed under the drop down menu:
   • BOOKS2U
   • CONNECT
   • EVERYCHILD
   • LISTOS
   • PCO
   • RR_AGENCY
   • SCHOOL_OUT
   • SCHOOL_CORP
   • UNKNOWN
   • WSYL
