Audio description (DVDs, Blu-rays)

People who are blind or visually impaired have access to descriptive video on selected titles in Multnomah County Library. Descriptive narration is a special program in the audio menu of the DVD that provides story narration, scene descriptions, and other pertinent information to assist the visually impaired member of a family to participate in watching films with their families.
