Website support teams
A group of staff from multiple workgroups maintain the library website:
- The library web team (part of Library Technology) coordinates usability, forms, content editing, digital accessibility, best practices, and more.
- Marking and Communications coordinate writing, copy editing, article development, image production, and support content editing.
- Events & Reader Services coordinates event content and editing.
- Community Information manages community room reservations and inquiries.
- Reserve product managers (mcl-reserve-product-managers@multco.us support Communico Reserve (room reservations)
Reporting issues and requesting improvements to multcolib.org
For issues on multcolib.orgt that is not associated with an event, send an email to libwebcontent@multco.us with the following information:
- URL of the page if it exists
- Specific text to update, including where it is on the page
- Please include google doc for more complex requests
- Share any files with lwr-content-team@multco.us
Translations
Email library-translations@multco.us with translation requests or questions.
Events and classes content issues (including cancellations)
Contact library-events@multco.us with any corrections to events.
Catalog / BiblioCommons / My MCL
- Use the Catalog and item edits form for issues with catalog records
- Contact the IT help desk if the catalog isn't working or if you have another urgent issue
- Contact bibliocommons-coordination-team@multco.us with general questions.
