Quick Facts
- Use Paying Bills (F5) wizard to complete transactions with patrons.
- Use the Bills tab in the Display User (F9) wizard to view paid/unpaid bills.
Procedure
Bills paid
To view a record of bills a patron has paid, select the Display User (F9) wizard and search for or enter the patron’s User ID. Select the Bills tab. On the right, scroll down to the bottom of the pane. Use the Bills dropbox to select Paid.

Policy
Multnomah County Library does not charge late fines for items that are not returned by the due date. No fines are charged for any overdue items on any account.
Items are billed on the patron's account 49 days after the due date. If the item is renewed, returned or checked out to another account, the bill is removed completely.
Rationale
Overdue fines are not charged because they are a barrier to library services for many patrons.
