What does Community Services do?

These teams provide:

• Virtual services through reference and the contact center
• Direct service in the community through schools, jails, shelters, homebound patrons and more.
• Leadership to all regions for youth and teen services, community engagement, outreach and the library connect service
• Leadership for all of the language and culture groups
• Literacy, learning, and workforce assistance for adults
• Programming, systemwide events, culturally specific signature events, and creative learning, including makerspace and the forthcoming a/v studio
