The Library labor management team (LMT) seeks to represent all library departments and demographics in the creation of relevant, effective and collaborative solutions to a wide range of challenges at all levels of the library system. We also strive to facilitate positive, open dialogue between union and non-union representatives in order to improve library services to our community and create innovative ideas.
