The group of managers and HR staff who manage on-call and substitute work. Main work involves: approving requests to work on-call & be able to pick up sub jobs (for regular status part time staff), managing on-call subs and the processes around substitute staffing

The Office of Project Management & Evaluation (OPME) is a systemwide resource for project management, evaluation and data tools and support.

Through conducting Equity Impact Reviews of policies and doing research as requested, the Policy Review Team supports the policy development process for policies and procedures related to intellectual freedom and library services.

The Regional Librarian Team consists of the Regional Librarians from each Region, including Central Library. This team meets monthly to discuss system-wide Information Services planning and projects.

Storytime and Early Learning Support (SEaLS) formerly Early Literacy Action Team (ELAT) and Storytime Training Team (STT).

The Summer Reading Committee creates and annually evaluates the reading incentive program for birth to high school ages.

The Symphony Specialists Team is a group of subject matter experts who provide direction and expertise to manage and maintain the integrated library system (ILS). The team will continuously improve the usability of the ILS and the related applications for its users. The Specialists will engage stakeholders to train, communicate and manage changes with staff and patrons.

The Virtual Reference Team works closely with the Contact Center, the Reader Services Librarian, Central Library staff, the Electronic Resources librarian, and other partners throughout the library system. (Note: from 2021 through June 2025, the Virtual Reference Team was called the Reference, Information and Content team.)
