Account questions
- Community Information staff can assist with password resetting. An exception has been made for Library Connect account holders to change passwords via phone or chat.
- Call, email, or use the new Library Help Form.
- If urgent, call the IT Help Desk at 503-988-HELP (4357) and choose option 1.
Knowledge Tracker questions (excluding account questions) may be assigned to *LIBRARY CONNECT

- Remember to use user keys instead of names or account numbers. Never share PII (personally identifiable information). Include as much detail about the issue as possible. Examples: resource being used, error messages, what you’ve already tried. This can help with noticing patterns and finding solutions.
For Educators
libraryconnect@multco.us can be used for:
- Educators in Library Connect schools
- who would like a training or presentation for staff meetings
- who have questions about using their teacher ID number for a library account
- Educators in public schools without Library Connect who have questions about participating in Library Connect.
Knowledge Tracker can be used to submit requests for classroom or school visits to help with passwords and library resources.
Please refer to the flowchart if a teacher requests card applications for a classroom or school.
