Application

• Patrons may login to passes.multcolib.org and search for available passes.
• If a patron replaces a library card and has current My Discovery Pass reservations.
  • If there are no current reservations, no action is needed.
  • The patron's My Discovery Pass account will need to be updated with the new card number.
    • Email Isa Dean with the previous card number, the new card number, and the patron's name to update the account.

Policy

My Discovery Pass is a partnership between Multnomah County Library and other local organizations to offer free educational and cultural experiences to Multnomah County Library cardholders. My Discovery Pass provides instant online access to free tickets to local cultural venues.

My Discovery Pass provides Multnomah County Library cardholders with the ability to make up to two reservations at a time to local museums and cultural institutions.

The number of passes available and terms of use may vary because they are set by the participating organizations. Patrons may reserve one pass per attraction each calendar year. Available passes may also vary depending on a patron's age and/or zip code.

Patrons with Online user profiles may use My Discovery Pass.

Patrons who owe $50.00 or more, have Passport cards, or are blocked or excluded, are not eligible for passes. See Alerts and notes.
