Rationale

Making voter registration forms available in libraries assists citizens in fulfilling their legal right to register to vote.

Application

The Multnomah County Elections Division provides voter registration forms in a display box. Citizens complete the forms and mail them to the local election office. The Elections Division then mails a precinct memorandum card to the newly registered voter.

Procedure for Ordering Forms

Please order English and Spanish voter registration forms on the Library Supplies form under the "External Publications" section.

Visit the Secretary of State website to download or print voter registration forms in Chinese, Vietnamese, Russian, and Somali, along with Large Print and provincial forms.
