Evacuation Responsibility:
- The person in charge is responsible for seeing that the entire building is evacuated.
- ASA checks restrooms; reference person checks meeting room.
Evacuation Exits:
- Exit staff area through east door.
- Exit public area through northeast front doors or through meeting room emergency exit.
- Exit meeting room through meeting room emergency exit.
Meeting Place:
Food Front parking lot at the corner of NW Thurman & NW 23rd Place.
Fire Extinguishers:
- Next to restrooms on south wall.
- Southeast corner of the meeting room.
- On east wall of work room just inside doorway to public area.
First Aid Kit:
- On shelf in the northwest corner of the staff room.
- South wall in staff room next to refrigerator.
