Evacuation Areas of Responsibility:

• Children's Library Public Area
• Children's Library Workroom
• Children's Library Story Theatre
• U.S. Bank Public Meeting Room

Evacuation Exits:

1. Exit left from Children's Library into main lobby, past checkout counters and out the front door to 10th Avenue.
2. Exit through northwest door near the workroom, and into the landscape.
3. Exit through back door to 11th Avenue.
4. Exit through door in U.S. Bank public meeting room and out the front door to 10th avenue.      
5. Exit through north single door in U.S. Bank public meeting room, and into the landscape.       

Meeting Place:

Parking lot one block west of the staff entrance on 11th Avenue (SW Yamhill, between 11th & 12th)

Fire Extinguishers:

1. Children's Library--on the wall to the right of the emergency exit door closest to the Children's Library workroom.
2. U.S. Bank Meeting Room-on the wall near the emergency exit door at the north end of the meeting room. 
3. Across from staff elevators.
