Evacuation Areas of Responsibility:

• Basement stacks area

Evacuation Exits:

1. Exit through either set of double-doors along north wall to Yamhill Street.
2. Exit doors are located near the basement desk (NE) and at the Library Hall doors (NW).
3. Exit up the stairway to the 1st floor, through lobby to the front door to 10th Avenue.
4. Exit up the stairway to the 1st floor, past elevators to the back door to 11th Avenue.
5. Exit through the north door in the Computer Room to Yamhill Street.

Meeting Place:

Parking lot one block west of the staff entrance on 11th Avenue (SW Yamhill, between 11th & 12th).

Fire Extinguishers:

1. In the elevator lobby, on the north wall and left of the doorway to the basement  stacks.
2. On the south wall outside of the secured storeroom.
