Trespassing is technically a crime, however, MCL does not direct PICs to increase an exclusion length for a patron by one year for a violation of rule 1 in the moment when a patron enters the premises while excluded.

Rule violations by an excluded patron during a trespass are treated as any other rule violation. PICs and security personnel will complete an incident report and the Incident Review team will add the penalty for any new behaviors to the active exclusion, based on the standard exclusion length and progression. That team will furnish the appropriate information to staff for future notifications.
