Multnomah County Library will issue a library card to people who meet registration requirements.

Applicants may fill out the registration form online. Registration forms are available in English and multiple languages -- Chinese, English, Russian, Somali, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

Staff can create new accounts using the patron registration -- staff form or manually enter them into Symphony.
