Quick facts

• Open the patron record and see the glossary clicking on the underlined User ID and name at the top of most Symphony patron wizards. 
• Patron glossaries contain information about the account with one click:
  • Profile, library and language
  • Date created, expiration date and last activity
  • Demographic information, notice type, birth date and User Key
  • Balance owed, credit balance, checkouts, holds, and claims returned
• A patron can have 5 claims returned each year. Check the Glossary to see how many a patron has. 

Procedure

1. 1. To see the glossary, click on the underlined User ID and name at the top of most Symphony patron wizards.

3. 3. Close the glossary when you are finished.
