Procedure
Basic Symphony searching
- Basic search step-by-step directions
- With some titles, it is easier to look up the title in My MCL, then use the control number of the title to find it in Symphony. Here are instructions for control number searching.
IMMS Placement
The Symphony 4.2.0 upgrade has made it easier to see where items are.
- Select Item Search.
- Current Location is now the default and will show the current placement for each item.
- For detailed circulation information, including holds, see the 'Call Number/Item' tab.
