Evacuation Responsibility:

The person in charge is responsible for seeing that the entire building is evacuated, including:

• Public area
• Workroom (including restrooms)
• Staff supplemental space  off main public room

Evacuation Exits:

• Exit public areas through east exit (front door).
• Exit workroom and staff lounge through east exit.

Meeting Place:

Southeast corner of SE 39th & Yamhill at the parking lot entrance.

Fire Extinguishers:

Workroom: next to door to public area, ABC type.

First Aid Kit:
