Inactive bills, checkouts and holds

Symphony allows staff to see a user's inactive holds and checkouts and paid bills. Here's where you can find more information about inactive records:

  • Inactive bills can be seen by going to a patron's account, choosing the Bills tab and choosing Paid from the dropdown menu at the bottom.
  • Inactive checkouts include both lost and claims returned items. 
  • Inactive holds can be viewed and replaced from the patron's account.
