All Account Management services are done by the Contact Center at 503.988.5123 or contactcenter@multco.us.

  • The Contact Center is your first stop.
  • Contact Center staff are available during all open hours. 
  • Contact Center includes staff who speak all MCL service languages — Chinese, English, Russian, Spanish, and Vietnamese.
  • If a patron or situation needs to be escalated, Contact Center staff will do that. 
  • Call for patrons who may have difficulty communicating or not feel comfortable talking to another person. If it is hard to communicate with a patron in person, phone or email may not be better.
