Call the EMT PIC under the following circumstances:

• There has been a critical incident as outlined in this document

• If your location has experienced a major facilities issue (power outage, air quality, broken water main, possible gas leak, etc.)

• If you need approval from the chair to close

• Is below your operations emergency staffing numbers after following the outlined process in this document, and needs to request approval to close or go to door service

• A police presence was required at the branch

• Law enforcement requests video footage or patron information

• A child under 10 years old is left at the location after closing
