Cash register Training Mode for the Sharp model 410

It is possible to practice the refund process on the cash register in order to become familiar with the steps. Practice with the cash register before your location opens.

The training operation works in the MGR mode. Turn the key in the cash register one click to the right of REG mode.

To complete the switch to Training Mode:

• Press the CASH/# button (this is the upper left button in the middle block of buttons)
• Press 20 (in the number buttons)
• Press the CASH/# button
• Press CA/AT/NS

The cash drawer will not open. Any operations performed in Training Mode will print on the patron receipt paper (the one on the left) and it will say "TRAINING" on the receipt.

Once you are done practicing you will need to return the cash register back to regular operations. Keep the key turned to MGR mode while you enter:

• CASH/#
• 1
• CASH/#
• CA/AT/NS (the cash drawer will open this time)

Turn the key back to REG mode.
